  • Functional differences between CR3 (CD11b/CD18) and CR4 (CD11c/CD18)
  • The role of integrins in cell adhesion

  • isolation and culture of human cells from blood, cultivation of cell lines
  • differentiation and functional analysis of human dendritic cells and T lymphocytes
  • magnetic cell separation
  • flowcytometry (labelling of cell surface and intracellular markers, phagocytosis, cytokine analysis, cell proliferation)
  • confocal laser scanning microscopy
  • measurement of cell proliferation using 3H Thymidine incorporation method
